House checkups
Away for the season, or just for a few weeks? We'll go out and walk your property, then tell you what we found.
What a visit looks like
Four things happen every time we come out, and a fifth if we find something. Two of them are yours to decide — the form below is where you tell us.
We walk the whole property
Outside
- Roof and structure
- Windows and doors
Inside
- Pipes and water damage
- Propane level and thermostat reading
- Signs of rodents or wildlife
And anything else that's obviously wrong.
We secure it before we leave
Doors and windows checked, mail and packages brought in.
We set the house how you want it
Tell us when you bookThermostat to a certain temperature, water on or off — whatever the house needs.
We tell you what we found
Tell us when you bookYou hear from us at the number on your order. Want photos? Tell us what you'd like us to look at, and we'll send them to that number too.
If something's wrong, you hear it from us that day
We call you, tell you exactly what we're looking at, and ask what you want done. Some of it we can take care of ourselves right then. Some of it is a plumber's job or an electrician's — we'll help you line one up and be there to let them in, so you're not trying to run it from six hours away.
Two ways to book
Away for the whole season? Put it on a plan — tell us how often and when it starts, and we keep coming out until you say stop. Away for a couple of weeks? Pick the days you want on the calendar further down.
Or just a few days
No plan, no commitment — tap the days you want us out and we'll be there. Each one is its own visit.
