What a visit looks like

Here's what we do on every visit.

  1. We walk the whole property

    Outside

    • Roof and structure
    • Windows and doors
    • Paths and walkways
    • Propane level

    Inside

    • Pipes and water damage
    • thermostat reading
    • Signs of rodents or wildlife

    And anything else that's obviously wrong.

  2. We secure it before we leave

    Doors and windows checked, mail and packages brought in.

  3. We set the house the way you want it

    Tell us when you book

    Thermostat set, water on or off — whatever the house needs.

  4. We tell you what we found

    You hear from us at the number on your order. Photos on request — tell us what to look at, and we'll send them to that number.

  5. If something's wrong, you hear it from us that day

    We call you, tell you exactly what we're looking at, and ask what you want done. Some of it we can take care of ourselves right then. Some of it is a plumber's job or an electrician's. We are here to help any way we can and will do our best to serve you.

Plans

Tell us how often you want us out and when to start. We keep coming until you say stop, no dates to pick and nothing to remember —you’ll hear from us after each visit.

While a plan is running, grocery delivery is free. It comes off by itself at checkout.

Many insurers won't cover a home left empty unless someone is documented checking on it every week or two. A plan is what holds that interval — and every visit is written up with the date on it. Worth reading your own policy for the exact wording.

Where we're going

Put in the address once. A checkup is one drive, so the address sets the rate — and it's where we come to.
